No once a digital file is purchased we cannot provide refunds, exchanges or cancellations due to the nature of the product.

What is Corjil?

Corjl is an online editor that allows you to edit your templates right in your browser. No need to download any software or fonts, you can edit your templates right after purchase. 

How do I edit the template?

You will receive an email from Corjl within minutes to your email address associated with your Etsy account. Please follow the instructions in the email from Corjl. If you don’t see it in your inbox after completing an order, please check your spam folder. You can access instructions if you click on ‘view my files’ and download the instructions.

If you still can not access your file, please visit www.corjl.com and click edit a purchased item. After that, enter your order number in the required fields, and you should be able to access your file right away.

What can I edit on Corjil?

Most of the text is editable, check the demo to see which text is editable on each item. Images in the template are not editable.

Do I need to use my fonts?

No. All the fonts (and images) in the template are preloaded to Corjl and have the relevant licenses needed for commercial use.

What about printing the template after editing?

All designs come in high-resolution files. The print quality will depend on the quality/weight of paper used, and the type of printer used. If you feel you can’t achieve the print quality you are seeking please contact your local printing shops to help print the edited template.
